Glenn Erikson, Ph.D., AIA is a licensed Architect and Real Estate Broker. In addition to being a principal with EF Capital, LLC he holds the position of Director of Acquisitions and Development with Time Equities, Inc., a $4B real estate firm in Manhattan, NY. He has previously held positions as partner in both real estate development and commercial real estate mortgage brokerage firms. He has more than 30 years experience in the design, financing, brokerage, development, ownership and management of real estate properties and holds degrees in Architecture, Real Estate and Finance, and Urban Affairs. Dr. Erikson has previously taught real estate and finance course work for NYU, CUNY-Baruch, and UCLA.
