Gregg B. Slotnick serves as Vice President at HelmsleySpear with twenty years of experience in leasing and sales transactions in New York City. As a tenant representative, he has worked with a variety of tenants in different industries, chief among them include: Metropolitan Funding Corporation, Leading Hotels of the World, Beth Abraham Health Services, Putamayo World Records, Office of President William Jefferson Clinton and Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Mr. Slotnick has also been involved with the sales of: 40 Convent Avenue, a warehouse building of 90,000 square feet; 488 Seventh Avenue, a residential building with one hundred units and 80,000 square feet; Seven and Seventeen Pophan Road, a retail and office property of 50,000 square feet; and 949 East 211th Street, a 90,000 square foot property, a building for the homeless in the Bronx.
