Lino has been active in real estate for the past 25+ years in various capacities. He has held positions as a head of acquisitions for real estate investments firms to directing the repositioning of assets for banks during the RTC period. Mr. DiLascio has extensive experience in finance and analysis and has provided financing for over $1 billion of real estate transactions for various product types. Mr. DiLascio has also headed up Structured Capital Corp. a firm which provided the Small Business Administration with due diligence and pricing evaluation for in excess of $2 Billion of commercial real estate collateralized loan sales. Mr. DiLascio holds a BBA from Iona College in accounting and holds a masters degree in real estate from New York University. Mr. DiLascio is also Licensed New York State Real Estate Broker
