He applies his nearly 30 years management expertise in corporate America as Senior Vice President of Oxford Industries a Fortune 500 Corporation and his six years running Land star office in NYC to every transaction. Landstar has handled 1 billion dollar commercial multi state transactions to single family residential homes and condominiums in the Tri State Area. Landstar is an approved agent for 1031 Exchanges. We also offer our New York State Law clients continuing education CLE credits on a cd rom format through our partnership with Credits Direct an Educational Company. Landstar is an approved vendor for major banks in New York Area, we can also handle our clients refinance title needs in all fifty states. Our Escrow Settlement Company can close refinance transactions outside of New York State seven days a week at clients home or business with 48 hours notice.
