As a partner at Citrin Cooperman, Scott acts as an advisor to business owners and managers of closely-held small-, mid-sized, and large businesses, providing profitability analysis, strategic planning, accounting, auditing, tax and other consulting services. His 30-plus years of experience include offering in-depth advice through management consulting, mergers and acquisitions, and profitability planning. His clients include medical/dental practices, real estate companies, entertainers, manufacturers, construction companies, importers/exporters, restaurants, and professional service firms. Scott also co-chairs the Employee Benefit Audit group for the firm.

Scott earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration and CPA prep from Pace University. He is a licensed CPA in New York and New Jersey, a Certified Valuation Analyst, and an ISO 9000 auditor. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the New York State Society of CPAs, the New Jersey Society of CPAs, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.

Scott is a board member of the R.E.N.T. Networking Group, a real estate networking organization. He is a past member of the New York State Society of CPAs’ forensic services and valuation committee, as well as the cooperation with bankers and credit grantors and advertising industry committees.

Scott is also an avid tennis player, fan and sports enthusiast.
