Stephen Parnes

Mr. Parnes joined EnviroFinance Group (EFG) in 2007, bringing a wide range of real estate development and finance experience to his position as Vice President of Business Development responsible for originating business opportunities for EFG and structuring loan transactions.

The majority of his 17 years of real estate experience is in the redevelopment of Brownfield properties into multi-family residential and commercial projects in both the urban and suburban environment. His development projects include over 1,000 units of residential units and 250,000 SF of commercial space in the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut markets.

Mr. Parnes has significant experience in the environmental marketplace including being instrumental in the creation of an environmental lending business prior to joining EFG.

His past experience includes being the Director of Commercial Development for Empire State Development Corp., (Harlem Community Development Corporation subsidiary) where he was directly involved in the creation and implementation of the commercial revitalization of Harlem.

Mr. Parnes has a JD from Benjamin Cardozo School of Law and a BA from Brandeis University.
